This is a United States Government information system maintained by the United States Department of the Interior (DOI). This system is for the application and management of wild horse and burro adoptions and sales with the Bureau of Land Management. Information collected by the Online Corral (OLC) system is to allow members of the public to apply to adopt or purchase wild horses and/or burros. OLC provides an online interface with the public to apply for and view the status of an application and available animals. BLM will use your information to determine adoption or purchase eligilbity.

This information system may be monitored for all lawful purposes, including but not limited to, ensuring use is authorized, for system management, to prevent unauthorized access, and to verify security procedures, survivability, and operational security. Any information on this information system may be examined, recorded, copied, and used for authorized purposes at any time.

Users of this system should be aware that all information provided, including personal information, may be subject to disclosure under applicable laws including the Freedom of Information Act, Public Law 89-487 and the Privacy Act, Public Law 93-579.

By logging into this information system, you acknowledge and consent to the monitoring and recording of this system in accordance with regulations. Evidence of your use, authorized or unauthorized, may be collected during monitoring and is subject to audit. Unauthorized use of the information system is prohibited and subject to criminal and civil penalties.
